Job Description:

As a Research Associate, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced professionals in conducting clinical trials, data collection, and reporting. Your primary focus will be on acquiring basic knowledge of clinical research, analyzing data, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced professionals in conducting clinical trials, data collection, and reporting
- Provide support in data management, entry, and analysis
- Assist in preparation of study reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and vendors
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables
- Assist in preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree from a recognized university
- Basic knowledge of clinical research (CRA, BABE, etc.)
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office
- Ability to work in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or recent graduates in pharmacy (B.Pharm or M.Pharm)
- Strong academic record with good communication and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of clinical research and computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
