🧪 Key Responsibilities
The Trainee Research Associate will support the bioanalytical team in quality control, data review, and lab operations:

- Conduct in-process quality control of ongoing studies.
- Review raw data, chromatograms, and method validation reports.
- Verify the calibration status of instruments and equipment.
- Monitor day-to-day activities for SOP and GLP compliance.
- Check concentration data before release to the PK department.
- Generate, control, and distribute method SOPs.
- Handle and archive laboratory logbooks.
- Validate routine glassware, monitor temperature and humidity.
- Perform calibration of pipettes and multipedes.
- Coordinate training programs on SOPs.
- Ensure proper laboratory cleanliness and waste disposal.
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
To attend the Axis Clinicals walk-in drive, candidates must have:
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Chemistry, or M.Sc Organic Chemistry
- Passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- All academic certificates at the time of interview
