- Production: Officers, Senior Officers, Executives, Operators
- Quality Assurance (QA)

These roles involve hands-on contributions to manufacturing, quality compliance, testing, and analytical development in a GMP-compliant environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
Depending on the department and designation, key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth production processes, including granulation, compression, coating, and packaging for OSD formulations.
- Performing in-process quality assurance checks, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conducting chemical and instrumental analysis, stability testing, and method validation in QC and AR&D.
- Maintaining accurate records, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhering to safety protocols, GMP guidelines, and company SOPs to uphold product quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc / ITI / Diploma in relevant fields.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in the pharmaceutical industry, specific to the role and department.
- Preference for candidates with exposure to OSD formulations, regulatory compliance, and modern analytical techniques.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
