Job Responsibilities
Production – Technical Assistant
- Operate and monitor equipment for granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and liquid & nasal spray manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain production records and troubleshoot process deviations.
Packing – Technical Assistant
- Perform bulk or bottle packing and operate labelling machines.
- Ensure accurate packaging and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine checks to maintain packaging efficiency.
Quality Assurance – Executives
- Manage Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation and audits.
- Conduct In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks during manufacturing.
- Handle market complaints and coordinate training for compliance.
Quality Control – Executives
- Perform analysis of nasal spray products using instruments like LCMS, HPLC, GC, UV, and GCMS.
- Validate analytical methods and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Production & Packing: ITI, Diploma, or B.Sc. in relevant fields.
- Quality Assurance: B. Pharma or M. Pharma.
- Quality Control: M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B. Pharma.
- Experience: 2-8 years in pharmaceutical production, packing, QA, or QC roles.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory compliance, and analytical techniques (for QC roles).
