Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing/packing equipment as per cGMP and SOPs
- Perform in-process quality checks and documentation in production & packing
- Conduct sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products (QC)
- Maintain batch manufacturing/packing records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (formulations – tablets, capsules, injectables preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
