Current Vacancy: Solvent Recovery System (SRS) Engineer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solvent Recovery System (SRS) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing solvent recovery processes within our API manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize solvent recovery, distillation, and filtration processes to maximize yield and minimize waste.
- Monitor and control evaporation losses, ensuring efficient solvent handling.
- Implement and maintain best practices for solvent recovery, adhering to stringent safety and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to solvent recovery equipment and processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and sustainability of the solvent recovery system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solvent recovery operations within the broader manufacturing process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential: M.Tech or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 15 years of hands-on experience in solvent recovery, distillation, filtration, and evaporation loss management within a pharmaceutical or related industry. Proven ability to handle various solvents and implement optimal recovery strategies is essential. Experience with process optimization techniques is a plus.
