Key Responsibilities
As a Scientist in Cell Line Development, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing CHO cell lines for antibody and therapeutic protein production
- Performing plasmid transfections and electroporation
- Generating stable cell pools and conducting screening processes
- Developing CHO monoclonal cell lines, including expansion and characterization
- Evaluating cell lines for expression levels, stability, and product quality
- Maintaining accurate documentation of experiments and results
- Preparing technical reports and presentations for internal and regulatory use
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as:
- Process Development
- Analytical Development
- Quality Assurance
Required Skills and Qualifications
