Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Control professional in the biologics division, you will be responsible for:
- Executing method transfers for bioanalytical assays such as HCP, Host Cell DNA, rProA, ELISAs, and cell-based potency assays
- Performing sample analysis for batch release, stability studies, and project-specific samples
- Preparing protocols and reports for bioanalytical methods
- Coordinating calibration of instruments and maintaining proper documentation
- Managing reference standards including working standards and impurity standards
- Preparing stability study planners, protocols, and reports
- Developing analytical method validation and verification protocols
- Performing method validation and verification activities
- Handling change control procedures within the QC department
- Participating in QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, and change controls
Required Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology or any Life Sciences discipline
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in Quality Control (Biologics preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and regulatory requirements
- Good documentation and reporting skills
