Job Role: GMP Software Trainer – Quality Assurance
As a GMP Software Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in training internal teams and clients on the company’s cutting-edge paperless GMP software platform that supports regulatory compliance across India and global markets.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct hands-on training sessions on paperless GMP software for employees and clients
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation as per CSV requirements
- Support the QA team in maintaining electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
- Create training materials, SOPs, and user guides
- Resolve basic user queries and escalate technical issues when required
- Ensure all training activities comply with 21 CFR Part 11 and other relevant guidelines
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
- B.Pharm or M.Pharm (mandatory)
- 0–1 year of experience in Quality Assurance (freshers with strong academic records are encouraged to apply)
- Valid Passport is mandatory
- Strong academic background and willingness to learn digital compliance tools
Essential Skills
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) concepts
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
