Key Responsibilities
- Perform EDC programming using Medidata RAVE or Veeva
- Create, deploy, and maintain clinical study databases
- Configure edit checks as per approved specifications
- Review Database Specifications (DBS) and Data Validation Specifications (DVS)
- Support database release to production
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH guidelines, and sponsor requirements
- Provide technical support to Clinical Data Management (CDM) teams
- Assist data managers with listings, reports, and operational activities
- Participate in internal and external study team meetings
- Identify risks and communicate project status to management
- Maintain quality, documentation, and performance standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 1+ year of EDC programming experience in Pharma/Biotech/CRO
- Hands-on experience with Medidata RAVE or Veeva EDC
- Training or certification in an EDC system
- 1–4 years of experience in clinical database design and deployment
- Strong understanding of drug development processes
- Knowledge of clinical data management best practices
- Familiarity with global clinical trial workflows and productivity targets
