Key Responsibilities – Microbiology Senior
- Conduct microbial limit tests, sterility testing, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET/LAL), and environmental monitoring
- Perform microbial identification, validation of sterilization processes, and media growth promotion tests
- Lead investigation of microbial deviations, OOS, and implement effective CAPA
- Monitor and validate purified water systems and cleanroom environments
- Review microbiological data, prepare trend analysis reports, and ensure compliance with GMP/GLP
- Train and supervise junior staff in the microbiology department
- Support internal and regulatory audits (FDA, EMA, local authority)
Qualifications & Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of USP, EP, BP, and international microbiological guidelines
- Expertise in MLT, sterility testing, BET, particulate matter testing, and environmental monitoring
- Strong documentation, report writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
