🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager – Trials and Publication, you will:
- Collaborate with CROs (Contract Research Organizations) and investigators to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee the conduct of clinical and non-interventional studies in compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and manage clinical trial budgets, ensuring approvals and financial compliance.
- Assist in the design of study protocols, CRFs, ICFs, and related study documents.
- Develop monitoring, SDV, and QC plans to ensure high-quality data collection.
- Supervise site selection, investigator coordination, and study delivery from start-up to CSR completion.
- Track trial progress and implement CAPA measures for data reliability and compliance.
- Manage publications ensuring adherence to AstraZeneca’s publication policy.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Essential:
- Degree or professional qualification in a related field (Pharm D)
- Proven experience in clinical trials, observational studies, publication management, and ESR
Desirable:
- Postgraduate qualification (M.Pharm, M.Sc. in Clinical Research or related field)
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, SOPs, and regulatory processes
