๐ Key Responsibilities
- Manage local safety case intake โ accept, validate & assess ICSRs
- Conduct quality checks and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
- Perform accurate data entry in safety databases (Japan & foreign cases)
- Support audit/inspection readiness and CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with Japanese AE reporting regulations
- Collaborate cross-functionally for regulatory-required data clarity
- Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives
- Handle confidential/PII data responsibly
- Perform peer review & project-specific PV tasks
๐ Eligibility & Required Skills
Essential
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent
- Japanese language proficiency
- N2+ for speaking/writing/listening
- N3โN1 for reading Kanji (medical terminology)
- English proficiency (CEFR A2)
- 0 โ2 years experience in safety database data entry
- High attention to detail, problem-solving & communications skills
- Knowledge of ICSR processes
Desirable
- Degree in Pharmacy / Medical / Science
- Pharmacovigilance & ARGUS database experience
- Knowledge of MedDRA, WHO-DD, GVP, GCP
- Experience with multinational teams
- Project management exposure
