📘 Key Responsibilities
As a Literature Review Advisor at AstraZeneca, your primary duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive literature searches and ensuring data accuracy across AstraZeneca databases.
- Performing pharmacovigilance reconciliations and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Identifying, collecting, and analyzing scientific publications, clinical studies, and regulatory reports.
- Staying updated on automation technologies in literature review and pharmacovigilance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, and Medical Affairs.
- Supporting Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP), ensuring inspection readiness.
- Managing vendor performance and ensuring regulatory compliance.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills

- Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or related field.
- Experience: Typically 3–6 years in pharmacovigilance, medical writing, or literature review roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- In-depth understanding of Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and health authority regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in vendor management and cross-functional collaboration.
Desirable Skills:
- Project management experience.
- Familiarity with AstraZeneca therapeutic areas.
- Prior audit and inspection experience.
