Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–4 years
Work Mode: Hybrid (min. 3 days/week in office)
Job Responsibilities
- Develop & validate SDTM, ADaM datasets and TLFs.
- Support programming specifications under guidance.
- Follow CDISC/ICH guidelines and GCP compliance.
- Work independently on moderate-scope programming tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Contribute to SOP improvements and quality deliverables.
- Build SAS programming proficiency and study team understanding.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of statistical programming experience (pharma/biotech/CRO).
- Hands-on with SAS/Base, SAS/Macro, SAS/STAT.
- Understanding of SDTM/ADaM, relational databases, and GCP.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

2. Local Case Intake Advisor – Japan Market (Bangalore)

Skill Requirement: Japanese Language JLPT N2/N3
Job Responsibilities
- Process & validate safety cases for Japan.
- Perform accurate data entry in ARGUS.
- Follow up with stakeholders for case completeness.
- Conduct in-line QC for clinical trial safety cases.
- Maintain audit readiness and adhere to PMDA regulations.
- Identify compliance gaps and support CAPA process.
- Collaborate with regulatory, medical information, and quality teams.
Qualifications
- Degree in Life Science / Pharmacy / Medical.
- JLPT N2 (N3 considered with PV experience).
- Knowledge of PV, GVP/GCP, MedDRA coding preferred.
- Excellent communication and detail orientation.

3. Japan Local Case Advisor – GBS Patient Safety
Experience: 1–2 years
Japanese Proficiency: N2 or higher

Job Responsibilities
- Accept, assess, and triage Japan-based safety cases.
- Handle confidential information as per Japanese PV laws.
- Perform data entry for domestic & foreign cases.
- Support regulatory audits & inspection readiness.
- Maintain QMS compliance & track regulation changes.
- Participate in PV projects and peer reviews.
Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Science, Medical (preferred).
- PV data entry experience with knowledge of ARGUS.
- High attention to detail & problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with MedDRA/WHO-DD coding is an advantage.
