🔬 About the Role: Associate Site Manager
As an Associate Site Manager, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between Johnson & Johnson and investigational sites. You’ll ensure inspection readiness, compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and adherence to clinical trial protocols from initiation to closure.
You’ll work closely with Local Trial Managers (LTM), Clinical Trial Assistants (CTA), and Trial Delivery Leaders (TDL) to ensure seamless trial execution and site performance.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between Johnson & Johnson and assigned investigational sites.
- Oversee site initiation, on-site and remote monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Ensure compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support subject recruitment, retention planning, and site performance tracking.
- Partner with cross-functional trial teams for site management and process improvements.
- Maintain inspection readiness throughout all study phases.
- Contribute to training and process development under senior supervision.
🎓 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site monitoring or clinical trial operations.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
