🔬 Key Responsibilities – Associate Scientist (R&D)
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and executing laboratory experiments as per SOPs and defined procedures
- Interpreting experimental results and proposing process improvements
- Preparing detailed technical reports and updating project status
- Supporting documentation activities with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Adhering to Non-GMP/cGMP procedures
- Following EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines
- Performing literature searches for alternative synthesis routes (API, intermediates, impurities)
- Supporting Technology Transfer (TT) to manufacturing plants
- Assisting during scale-up activities and resolving process-related challenges
- Collaborating with MS&T and cross-functional R&D teams
This role provides hands-on exposure to process chemistry, route scouting, impurity handling, and scalable process development.
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry (Mandatory)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of industrial experience in chemical synthesis preferred
- Experience in:
- Laboratory-scale reactions
- Process optimization
- Data documentation

- Non-GMP/cGMP practices
Preferred Skills:
