Job Description
As an Associate at EVERSANA, you will play a key role in driving sales force effectiveness and delivering data-driven insights to pharmaceutical clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on projects such as field force sizing, targeting, alignment, call planning, incentive compensation (IC), and dashboard reporting.
  • Developing SQL queries and creating Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyzing pharmaceutical commercial data sets like patient claims data, Rx, SP, SD, and CRM data.
  • Collaborating with onshore teams and clients to manage end-to-end project activities.
  • Mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices for process improvement.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An MBA, B Pharma, M Pharma, or a Master’s degree in Life Sciences or a B Tech, BE, M Tech, or ME in Engineering.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales force effectiveness, IC analytics, targeting & segmentation, or test & control analysis.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience working with life sciences clients.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and storyboarding skills.
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is 115,000to115,000to130,000 (applicable to U.S. locations only). Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. EVERSANA also provides competitive benefits to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
