This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for curating bibliographic data from peer review emails and assisting researchers with profile management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate bibliographic details (article title, manuscript ID, journal title, review date, editor name, and email IDs) from peer review emails.
- Assist researchers in managing their publications and troubleshooting Author Profile queries.
- Follow editorial policies and procedures to ensure high-quality data curation.
- Handle high-volume, repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
