As an Associate Content Analyst, you will:

- Curate bibliographic details such as author names and affiliations from peer-reviewed articles.
- Draft documentation for workflow processes in organizational data management.
- Develop expertise in research organizations and ensure high-quality, consistent data.
- Connect datasets across Clarivate products to enhance customer insights.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree (except Engineering)
- 0–1 year of experience in content operations
- Excellent English (written & verbal)
- Typing, data entry, and computer literacy
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good to Have:
- 1+ years of experience in content operations
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Self-starter attitude with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
