Associate Consultant – Patient Centered Solutions (IQVIA)

IQVIA, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research services, is hiring an Associate Consultant – Patient Centered Solutions (PCS) for its Bangalore, India and Nairobi, Kenya locations. Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant at IQVIA, you will:

• Conduct literature reviews, social media and patient interview transcript analysis to understand patient experience.
• Perform disease landscape assessment, competitive analysis, and clinical trial endpoint reviews.
• Identify and evaluate PRO/COA instruments for disease and treatment experience measurement.
• Develop high-quality research reports and presentations for clients.
• Participate in internal/client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Support the global PCS team in developing IP, marketing materials, training, and business development activities.
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance in deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences (PharmD, MBBS, BDS, BPharm, MPharm, Clinical Research, etc.)
• 2–6 years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consulting, or CRO sectors.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial designs, endpoints, and outcome measures.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet research.
• Prior exposure to literature reviews, qualitative analytics, and scientific writing is an advantage.
• Experience with tools like ATLAS.ti or MAXQDA preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
