🧭 About the Role
The Associate – Clinical Trial Registry Writing supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical trial registry (CTR) systems and results databases. The position plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and timely publication of clinical trial data, promoting transparency across all phases of drug development.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and implement policies for clinical trial registry and results database workflows.
- Identify studies requiring registry and results postings; ensure timely compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as biostatistics, medical writing, and clinical operations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on CTR database requirements and provide training to internal teams.
- Define and monitor metrics to track compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CTR regulations and guidelines.
- Support global consistency by ensuring standardized practices across geographies.
- Escalate and resolve compliance or process issues efficiently.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in science, health, communications, or technology (or any field with at least 2 years of clinical development experience).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
