Open Positions and Eligibility Criteria
Department: Production (Injectables – Sterile Manufacturing) Positions Available:
- Officer to Executive
- Senior Officer to Senior Operator
Required Experience: 02 to 06 Years (Hands-on experience in regulated injectable facility is mandatory) Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc (Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry
- B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy
- ITI (relevant trades)
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
Key Skills Expected:
- Experience in vial/ampoule washing, depyrogenation tunnel, filling, sealing, and lyophilization operations
- Compounding, filtration, and aseptic area operations
- Operation and cleaning of autoclaves, parts washers, and terminal sterilizers
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory audits
- Knowledge of QMS – deviations, change control, CAPA, investigations
- Hands-on experience with PLC/SCADA, BMS, and EMS systems
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and electronic batch records
Candidates with relevant exposure in oncology, hormones, and high-potency injectable manufacturing will be given preference.
