Positions: Officer, Executive, Sr. Officer, Sr. Executive, Sr. Operator up to Assistant Manager Experience Required: 2–8 Years Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical), ITI, Diploma
Key Responsibilities (Role-wise)
Production (Injectables):
- Operation & monitoring of vial filling lines, PFS, lyophilizers, and autoclaves
- Aseptic area activities, batch manufacturing, and documentation (BMR/BPR)
- QMS activities – deviation, change control, CAPA
Engineering / Maintenance:
- Preventive & breakdown maintenance of injectable equipment
- Utility management (HVAC, WFI, Pure Steam, Compressed Air)
- Equipment qualification & calibration
Analytical / QC:
- Method development, validation & transfer
- Stability testing, in-process & finished product analysis using HPLC, GC, etc.
