Production Roles
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc.
R&D Positions
- Experience Required: 1 to 2 years
- Qualification: M.Pharm/M.Sc.
Roles and Responsibilities
For Production roles:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing processes for APIs and intermediates
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards and SOPs
- Perform batch processing, documentation, and quality checks
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot production issues
- Contribute to process optimization and yield improvement
For R&D positions:
- Conduct research and development of new API formulations and processes
- Perform laboratory experiments, synthesis, and analysis
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scale-up and technology transfer
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D setup
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical guidelines (GMP, ICH, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts (for production roles)
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Salary and Benefits
Arizon Pharma offers competitive compensation packages based on experience and qualifications. Expected salary range:
- Production roles: ₹2.5 – 4.5 Lakhs per annum
- R&D positions: ₹4 – 7 Lakhs per annum
