Open Positions:
We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. Research and Development (R&D):
- Fresher Positions: We welcome recent graduates with a strong academic background in relevant fields such as chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biotechnology, or related disciplines. We offer a supportive and comprehensive training program to help freshers develop their skills and contribute meaningfully to our projects. This is an ideal opportunity for those seeking to launch a rewarding career in the pharmaceutical industry. Key skills sought include strong laboratory techniques, analytical abilities, and a commitment to detail.
- 1 to 5 Years Experience: Candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience in R&D within the pharmaceutical industry are encouraged to apply. We are particularly interested in individuals with proven experience in drug discovery, process development, or formulation development. Experience with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) development is a significant advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork abilities, and experience with relevant software and equipment are highly valued.
2. Analytical Research and Development (AR&D):
- 2 to 5 Years Experience: We are seeking experienced professionals with 2 to 5 years of experience in AR&D. A deep understanding of analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and Mass Spectrometry is essential. Experience with method development and validation, as well as data analysis and interpretation, is crucial. Candidates should be proficient in regulatory guidelines and quality control procedures. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Skills and Qualifications (across all positions):
- Strong academic record (relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commitment to quality and adherence to safety regulations
Experience with API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Bulk Drug Development is a significant plus for all positions.
