- Entering student medical records into the system
- Processing forms with ~17 mandatory fields (e.g., Student ID, DOB, diagnosis codes)
- Maintaining 100% data accuracy
- Meeting daily productivity targets
- Ensuring strict confidentiality of healthcare data
Performance-Based Salary Structure
This is a performance-driven medical data entry job:
- Rate per field: ₹0.15
- Per form earning: ₹2.55
- Daily target: 240 forms
- Daily earning: ₹612
- Monthly earning (22 days): ₹13,464
- TDS Deduction: 10% applicable

Eligibility Criteria
Education
