These positions involve ensuring compliance, quality control, and regulatory adherence in API and pharmaceutical operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

As part of the QA team at Arch Pharmalabs, you will:

• Oversee quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes
• Conduct audits, inspections, and documentation reviews to meet cGMP standards
• Handle deviation management, CAPA, and change control procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (US FDA, WHO, CDSCO, etc.)
• Coordinate with production, QC, and other departments for quality improvements
• Prepare and review SOPs, batch records, and validation documents
• Support regulatory inspections and filings
• For managerial roles: Lead the QA team, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Educational Background: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc in relevant disciplines (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.)
• Experience:
  • Officer/Executive: 3–8 years in QA within pharmaceutical/API manufacturing
  • Manager/Sr. Manager: 10+ years, including team leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in quality management systems
• Candidates with exposure to US FDA/EDQM-approved facilities preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range (indicative):
  • Officer/Executive: ₹4–8 LPA
  • Manager/Sr. Manager: ₹12–25 LPA (or higher for exceptional candidates)
