Key Responsibilities
- Perform calibration and operation of HPLC, GC, UV, and other analytical instruments
- Analytical method development and method validation using HPLC as per ICH & regulatory guidelines
- Preparation of protocols, reports, COA, and stability summary reports
- Handling of working standards, impurity standards, and reference standards
- Raw data compilation, review, and archival as per GLP and data integrity requirements
- Preparation and review of SOPs, specifications, and stability study protocols
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and 21 CFR Part 11
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Education: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Experience: 2–6 years (only candidates with Formulation Analytical R&D experience will be considered)
- Mandatory expertise in HPLC method development and validation in formulation background
- Sound knowledge of regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, FDA) and data integrity
Skills Required
- Expert in HPLC, Dissolution, UV, KF, and other routine analytical instruments
- Strong documentation skills and GLP compliance
- Experience in stability studies and regulatory submissions is an added advantage
