Position Details
Job Title: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate – Analytical R&D Department: Analytical Research and Development Experience: 2–6 Years Qualification: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry Job Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and stability HPLC analysis, GC analysis, and wet analysis
- Independently handle analytical method development and method validation
- Prepare Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for raw materials, intermediates, and final compounds
- Maintain accurate raw data records and laboratory notebooks as per GDP
- Ensure strict adherence to lab safety practices and regulatory compliance
- Support technology transfer and regulatory submissions
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on expertise in HPLC, GC, particle size, XRPD, and related techniques
- Proven experience in analytical method development & validation in a CRO/CDMO environment
- Excellent documentation and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
