Job Responsibilities
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Synthesize Oligonucleotides: Perform synthesis of siRNA, ASOs, and aptamers using phosphoramidite solid-phase synthesis, solution-phase synthesis, and automated synthesizers like MerMade and AKTA.
- Post-Synthesis Modifications: Execute conjugation, labeling, and annealing processes to meet project specifications.
- Analytical Testing: Conduct quality control using HPLC, LC-MS, UV, and CE to ensure high-purity oligonucleotide batches.
- Equipment Management: Operate and troubleshoot synthesis platforms (MerMade, AKTA, HPLC systems) to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records, ensure data quality, and comply with lab protocols.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable oligonucleotide batches on time.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to lab safety standards and regulatory protocols.
Scientific Manager / Senior Scientific Manager
- Lead Synthesis Operations: Oversee production of siRNA, ASOs, and aptamers using advanced synthesis techniques (phosphoramidite, solution-phase, automated systems).
- Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of high-purity oligonucleotides while meeting batch size and project goals.
- Analytical Oversight: Supervise testing (HPLC, LC-MS, UV, CE) and interpret complex data to guide decision-making.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve synthesis and analytical challenges to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor chemists, manage resources, and optimize project schedules.

Qualifications
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
