Roles and Responsibilities
Research & Development Roles
- Perform product development and process optimization activities
- Execute laboratory experiments and scale-up studies
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory standards
- Support technology transfer activities
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety guidelines
Analytical Research (AR&D)
- Method development and validation activities
- Analytical testing of API and intermediates
- Stability sample analysis and reporting
- Instrument handling such as HPLC, GC, and related systems
- Preparation of analytical reports and regulatory documents
Required Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemistry
- Experience in API or Bulk Drug Manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D or AR&D processes
- Good documentation and analytical skills
