📋 Job Description (AR Calling Role)
As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for:
- Handling insurance claims and denials for US healthcare providers.
- Following up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) with insurance companies.
- Verifying patient eligibility and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records in the billing system.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences / Biotechnology Graduates (2023-2025 passouts).
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English).
- Basic knowledge of medical billing & insurance terms (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
