Required Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:
For QC Executive:
- M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Preparative HPLC
For Research Associate (R&D):
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Synthesis

Roles and Responsibilities
QC Executive:
- Perform quality control testing and analysis using techniques like Preparative HPLC
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols
- Document and report analytical results accurately
- Support impurity isolation, characterization, and stability studies
- Collaborate with R&D teams for method development and validation
Research Associate (R&D):
- Conduct organic synthesis of API intermediates, impurities, and deuterated compounds
- Execute custom synthesis projects as per client requirements
- Optimize reaction conditions and scale-up processes
- Perform purification, characterization, and documentation of synthesized compounds
- Contribute to innovative solutions in pharmaceutical research and development
Salary, Benefits, and How to Apply
The salary for these positions is competitive and based on experience and skills. For QC Executive (with 2-4 years experience), expect an annual package in the range of ₹4,00,000 to ₹6,00,000. For Research Associates (1-3 years experience), the range is ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000.
