Job Description: IT Quality and Compliance Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Computer System Validation (CSV) activities
- Support customer/sponsor audits and regulatory inspections
- Manage regulated IT documents and ensure compliance
- Maintain IT Quality metrics and reporting
- Handle regulatory questionnaires and contract reviews
- Update and maintain regulated system inventory
Required Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Life Sciences
✅ Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance
✅ Preferred (but not mandatory):
- Understanding of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, MHRA GxP Data Integrity, EU Annex 11
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST standards
