Job Description: Clinical Research Associate
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Participant Coordination
- Schedule appointments for CGM setup, lab tests, and virtual consultations.
- Guide participants on app usage and sample collection procedures.
✅ Data Collection & Management
- Monitor CGM device data and study apps.
- Ensure accurate data entry in CRFs (Case Report Forms).
- Report inconsistencies to the Principal Investigator (PI).
✅ Communication & Support

- Act as a liaison between patients, labs, and physicians.
- Track biospecimen shipments with third-party labs.
✅ Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and IRB compliance.
- Manage consent forms, participant records, and data logs.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Nursing, or Public Health.
- Internship or prior experience in clinical research/healthcare.
- Familiarity with CGM devices, lab logistics, or EDC systems (preferred).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent communication & organizational abilities.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Experience with remote patient monitoring tools.
