Key Responsibilities
1. Appeals Analysis & Revenue Optimization
- Analyze patient accounts for technical appeal opportunities
- Evaluate claim denials based on payer guidelines and compliance policies
- Develop appeal strategies to maximize reimbursement
2. RCM Research & Compliance Monitoring
- Stay updated on healthcare regulations, payer policies, and legal frameworks
- Track trends in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and denial patterns
- Support compliance-driven decision-making
3. Process Improvement & Strategy
- Identify workflow inefficiencies in appeals and AR processes
- Recommend technology-driven improvements for scalability
- Assist in long-term appeals strategy development
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with operations, legal, and compliance teams
- Support project coordination and reporting
- Contribute to data-driven insights and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Education: BDS / MBBS / PharmD + MBA / MPH / MHA
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers eligible)
Core Skills
- Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and RCM workflows
