Lead Executive
- Experience: 7-10 years in pharmaceutical formulation industry
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Assistant Manager (SAP Specialist)
- Experience: 10-12 years in pharmaceutical formulation industry
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Manager
- Experience: Minimum 17 years in pharmaceutical industry
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc
Roles and Responsibilities
Candidates will be involved in key areas of manufacturing and quality assurance, including:
- Expertise in OSD (Oral Solid Dosage), Sterile, or Liquid formulations
- Handling change controls for Master Production/Packaging/Validation documentation via QMS (TrackWise)
- Managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Prior experience in manufacturing or quality assurance
- Knowledge of QMS, SAP, and Learning Management Systems
- For SAP Specialist: Provide operational support for MES and DMS (including SAP PP, SAP DMS, POMSnet, and Content Server); strong data analysis skills
- For Manager: People leadership (managing a team of ~10 direct reports); strong manufacturing background with QMS responsibilities; exposure to operations, in-process quality, and change control
- Night shift role (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) may apply for certain positions
- Excellent communication skills required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc in relevant fields
- Strong proficiency in TrackWise and SAP systems (essential for senior roles)
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence
Salary and Benefits
Apotex offers competitive compensation packages based on experience and role:
- Lead Executive: ₹10-18 LPA
- Assistant Manager: ₹15-25 LPA
- Manager: ₹25-40 LPA
