Job Description: Trainee, Quality Stability Data Analysis

Job Summary

As a Trainee, Quality Stability Data Analyst at Apotex, you will be responsible for summarizing and reviewing stability data to ensure that the shelf life of Apotexโ€™s commercial products is scientifically supported. You will also provide necessary stability data to customers for compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepareย Stability Summary Reportsย within the required compliance timeframe.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of summary reports as perย Apotex procedures.
  • Generate stability reports forย special projects and product evaluationsย requested by internal/external stakeholders.
  • Reviewย third-party stability dataย for compliance.
  • Conductย Stability Impact Assessmentsย for out-of-trend results in drug products.
  • Monitor stability data trends to ensureย approved shelf life remains justified.
  • Contribute toย Annual Product Quality Review (APQR)ย by providing stability review packages.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet departmental goals while adhering toย GMP, GDP, and safety regulations.
  • Ensure compliance withย Apotexโ€™s Health & Safety policiesย and regulatory standards.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Masterโ€™s Degree in Science / Pharmacyย or related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding ofย pharmaceutical Quality Control systems.
  • Knowledge ofย stability study requirementsย (ICH guidelines).
  • Excellentย analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workย independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strongย written and verbal communicationย skills.
  • Proficiency inย Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior exposure toย stability data analysisย in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
