Job Summary
As a Trainee – GBS-AGO, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing technical documents, ensuring compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. Your role will involve supporting critical processes for Apotex’s manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless operations through accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Document Creation and Management
- Draft and format technical documents, including Technical Transfer Packages, Validation Reports, and Operational Reports.
- Update and migrate Manufacturing Process and Packaging Records (MPPDs) into new templates (MMaR & MPaR).
- Execute and cancel documents in the Content Server system.
- Conduct peer reviews for document cancellations and oversee change control processes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
- Perform all work in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Ensure adherence to organizational values: Courage, Passion, Perseverance, and Collaboration.
Team Collaboration and Customer Support
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with online modules or software (preferred).
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
