Job Description
Apotex Inc. is seeking a Master Data Management Specialist to join its team in Mumbai. This role is critical in supporting business processes and ensuring data quality governance by processing change requests in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP master data management and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute product-related master data change requests in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical business processes, particularly in Material Management (MM), Quality (QM), and Production Planning (PP) within SAP.
- Maintain master data integrity by implementing changes as per established processes.
- Exhibit advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations, including GxP compliance and change control practices.
- Utilize SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) effectively, along with applications like TrackWise and Winshuttle.

- Ensure all tasks comply with standard operating documents, industry regulations, and customer-defined service levels.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience:
- 0-1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
