🧠 Key Responsibilities
As an IND Analyst – Health Broking at Aon, you will:

- Support US Health & Benefits consultants in preparing RFPs, renewals, and client reports
- Analyze healthcare product data related to premium, claims, loss ratios, and plan attributes
- Update and maintain policy information using Aon’s internal client database tools
- Create and review plan designs in the Greater Insight System
- Deliver accurate outputs aligned with SLA, quality, and productivity standards
- Manage client and shared mailboxes and resolve queries with proper documentation
- Act as a communication bridge between onshore consultants and insurance vendors
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow methodologies and improve processes
- Continuously enhance technical and analytical skills through training
🎓 Eligibility & Qualifications
Education
- Graduate degree required
- Technical graduates are not eligible
Experience
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (Freshers can apply)
Skills Required
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel skills (IF, OR, VLOOKUP, AVERAGE, COUNT, SUM, LEFT, LEN)
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint (creating and formatting presentations)
- Strong business communication skills (email & calls)
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
- Stakeholder coordination and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of VBA macros is an added advantage
