Roles & Responsibilities

As a Study Director in the Pre-Clinical Research department, you will oversee critical analytical and physicochemical studies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting Analytical, Physicochemical, and Five-Batch Analysis studies in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Applying strong knowledge of OECD GLP principles and relevant test guidelines from organizations such as OECD, EPA, OPPTS, CIPAC, WHO/FAO, and others.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact to address sponsor queries, optimization requests, and regulatory standardization needs.
  • Supporting procedure optimization, method standardization, and implementation of best practices.
  • Maintaining effective cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • Ensuring laboratory safety protocols and proper management of hazardous waste.

This position plays a vital role in delivering reliable, regulator-ready data for agrochemical and related product development.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: M.Sc or M.Pharm in relevant disciplines (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields).
  • Experience: 3-8 years in a GLP-certified CRO environment, with hands-on expertise in analytical and physicochemical testing, preferably including Five-Batch Analysis for agrochemicals.
  • Key Skills: In-depth understanding of Study Director responsibilities in GLP settings, familiarity with international regulatory guidelines (OECD, EPA, etc.), excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication for sponsor interactions.

Candidates with proven track record in GLP studies and immediate availability will be given preference.
