Key Responsibilities by Department
Production (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)
- Operate high-speed granulators, compression machines, fluid bed processors, and auto-coaters
- Perform in-process checks and batch documentation per cGMP
- Troubleshoot equipment and maintain yield parameters
Packing (Blister, Bottle, Sachet)
- Handle track & trace systems for blister and bottle lines
- Achieve OEE targets in high-volume sachet filling
- Ensure leak test compliance and secondary packing integrity
Quality Assurance (IPQA, QMS, Validations)
- Conduct line clearance and in-process quality assurance (IPQA)
- Prepare qualification protocols (DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ) for new equipment
- Manage change control, deviations, and CAPA in QMS
Engineering (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD equipment
- Support utility systems (HVAC, compressed air, water systems)
- Execute calibration and spare parts management
