1. OSD Production
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Qualification: ITI, Diploma, BSc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Area of Work: FBP (Fluid Bed Processing), Compression, Coating
2. OSD Quality Control (QC)
- Experience: 1-5 years
- Qualification: M.Pharmacy / B.Pharmacy / MSc
- Area of Work: HPLC, GC, GLP, Micro
3. OSD Packaging & Development (P&D)
- Experience: 4-8 years
- Qualification: Diploma (in Packaging Development)
- Area of Work: Packaging & Development (OSD)
4. OSD Technology Transfer (TT)
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm
- Area of Work: Process Development, Scale-up, Manufacturing Science & Technology, Tech Transfer
Roles & Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be involved in:
- Day-to-day operations in OSD manufacturing, ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Handling equipment and processes specific to the area (e.g., compression machines, coating pans, HPLC/GC instruments, packaging lines, or scale-up activities).
- Documentation, batch processing, quality testing, and troubleshooting to maintain product quality and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth technology transfer and new product introductions.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for safety, efficacy, and productivity.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant educational background as mentioned above.
- Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical OSD formulations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, GMP, and quality systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Preference for candidates with exposure to modern pharma machinery and analytical techniques.
Salary, Benefits, and How to Apply
Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience, typically ranging from ₹3.5 – ₹10 Lakhs per annum depending on the role, experience level, and qualifications (industry standards for similar positions in Hyderabad).
