Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Analytical Method Validation Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This is a hot job opportunity for professionals skilled in HPLC, GC, UV, IC, AAS, and ICP-MS techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Perform and review method validation for Assay, Dissolution, Related Compounds, Residual Solvents, and Elemental Analysis.
✔ Prepare method validation/verification protocols for APIs and finished products using HPLC, GC, IC, and AAS.
✔ Develop STPs (Standard Testing Procedures) and Specifications as per validation protocols.
✔ Review method transfer protocols/reports and resolve analytical queries.
✔ Ensure timely completion of validation, verification, and method transfer activities.
✔ Coordinate with ARD-Development, QA, and QC teams for seamless project execution.
✔ Verify availability of columns, reference standards, chemicals, and reagents as per MOA/Protocol.
✔ Maintain Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and ensure a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- M.Pharm / M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or Analytical Chemistry.
- Strong experience in HPLC, GC, UV, IC, AAS, and ICP-MS.
- Knowledge of ICH, USP, and regulatory guidelines for method validation.
- Ability to prepare protocols, reports, and STPs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
