About the Role
As an Analyst – Submission Specialist, you’ll be responsible for supporting global healthcare clients by managing MLR submissions, compliance documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patient-centric communication materials meet regulatory and client standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and document client submission requirements, ensuring compliance protocols are followed.
- Create and maintain submission checklists for assigned healthcare brands.
- Stay updated on new electronic submission and regulatory documentation practices.
- Track submissions, review stages, deadlines, and references.
- Annotate submission files with comments, red-boxing, and change callouts.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks of submission packages before client delivery.
- Prepare and submit electronic/paper MLR submissions, including tagging and linking references in client systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Copy, Editorial, Project Management) to streamline submission processes.
- Support opening projects in client review platforms like Veeva PromoMats and Fuse.
- Assist with proofreading and fact-checking against source documents when required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare advertising agency or similar healthcare marketing environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of Veeva PromoMats, Fuse, or other MLR submission platforms.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask under deadlines.
- Professional, proactive, and collaborative team player with a curious mindset.
