About the Role
As an integral part of Sanofi Business Operations (SBO), the Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient utilization of data provided by Clinical Data Management (CDM) within our commercial operations. Your key responsibilities include monitoring data quality reports, maintaining documentation, supporting sales data inquiries, and enhancing our reporting capabilities through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management:
- Leverage data supplied by CDM effectively across various commercial operations processes, including forecasting, targeting, and sales reporting.
- Administer quarterly CDM activities related to sales operations, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.
- Quality Assurance:
- Monitor data quality reports and investigate discrepancies, ensuring that the data utilized is reliable and actionable.
- Conduct periodic QC checks on reports refreshed on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis.
- Collaboration:
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the allocated Global Business Unit (GBU), facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with global teams and external vendors to ensure effective project delivery.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, developing dashboards that synthesize key information for informed decision-making.
- Support the delivery of high-quality scientific documents and clinical reports by coordinating resources and adhering to compliance standards.
About You
To thrive in this role, you should possess a strong background in pharmaceutical data management and an aptitude for strategic thinking. We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience:Â At least 3-5 years in pharmaceutical product commercial datasets, data stewardship, and knowledge of databases such as IQVIA and Veeva.
- Technical Skills:Â Proficiency in tools and languages like SQL, Python, AWS, and analytical tools such as Power BI, VBA, and Alteryx.
- Soft Skills:Â Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. A collaborative spirit and a curious mindset are essential.
Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in fields such as Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Business Analytics. Advanced degrees (PhD, MBA, or Masters) are highly advantageous.
