🔍 About the Role
The Analyst – Clinical Trial Transparency will work with global cross-functional teams, including regulatory, statistical, clinical, and legal departments, ensuring accurate registration and timely reporting of trial data across major platforms like:
- ClinicalTrials.gov
- EU Clinical Trial Register
- GSK Study Register
This role requires strong analytical thinking, documentation efficiency, and operational excellence to support clinical study disclosure and global reporting compliance.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update therapeutic area trackers for disclosure deliverables.
- Support transparency deliverables including content updates, risk assessments & review.
- Work with external and internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory timelines.
- Leverage tools like Power BI, Excel automation, and Python to build operational dashboards and improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor regulatory trends and adapt processes based on new compliance requirements.
- Support documentation, clinical system updates, KPI reporting, and automation-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with global matrix teams to ensure seamless communication and data transparency.
🎓 Required Qualifications
✔ Master’s degree (preferably Life Sciences: M.Pharm, MSc, Pharm.D, Biotechnology, Clinical Research)
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial operations or clinical data transparency
✔ Strong experience using MS Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel (formulas, macros preferred)
✔ Working knowledge of Power BI, automation workflows, or AI tools (Microsoft CoPilot)
✔ Programming exposure (Python preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience
