Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for help desk incidents and system configuration requests.
- Interface with system users to identify requests, troubleshoot issues, and provide high-quality support.
- Collaborate with IT and vendor teams to evaluate and resolve system-related issues.
- Escalate high-impact application issues to management and capture user feedback.
- Conduct system testing, mock scenarios, and participate in training development.
- Proactively review system data, identify issues, and provide training or process improvement solutions.
- Support smaller quick-win projects to improve organizational efficiency.
- Mentor junior personnel and actively participate in meetings and trainings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.
- Experience in clinical research systems, data management, or reporting preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with system testing, user support, and clinical process improvement is a plus.
